The sales member, Christina was amazing! 5 stars all the way. She responded to our information request promptly and was available late on an afternoon to finalize the cash sale. Three weeks in, the mechanical side of the purchase has been disappointing. Currently having the CV joints replaced and found the brake caliper bolts on the front driver side were attached to.... nothing. It was loose and flopping around. They mentioned they'd been driving the vehicle around a lot and didn't find the same problems. Their mechanic replaced the alternator but somehow missed checking the other systems and parts on a lifted truck. We would have preferred greater disclosure or better review of the vehicle on their end. Wouldn't have killed the deal, it would have left us better prepared. Will update as we continue to drive this vehicle.

James and his team at Rick’s Auto Sales were absolutely amazing to work with. They were true to their word from start to finish. They told me the day before exactly what they were going to do, and the very next day I came in and was in and out in 15 minutes and honestly, 5 of those minutes were just me looking for my license!The whole process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. I had a great experience getting my 2016 Lexus RX here. Hassle free and quick, which was exactly what we wanted since we drove 2 hours there and back to check it out. Plus we didn’t wanna waste time. Mussa was outstanding and professional to work with, loved the service and the speed it was handled with. Took care of our trade in pay off quickly as well. He also didn’t mind me inspecting the SUV in and out multiple times while I was at the dealer. Wife and I are extremely satisfied. High recommend.

Very helpful, answered all our questions. Rick's started small in Tioga, now he has three lots, two in Alexandria, one lot is luxury cars and the other is trucks, he has great reviews. He must be doing something right. You're not growing like that if you don't treat people right.

Purchased our vehicle about 3 weeks ago. Was a great quick and easy buying experience! A great guy Mo is over there! Does his job well! Had an answer for every question. Vehicle did have to have some warranty things done to it but all was a great experience! He was always one step ahead and on top of things! Also very informative about everything we needed to know!
